Packaging And Shipping

Packaging
All orders are bulk packed using standard cartons. For special packaging requests please email us with your specifications. Special packaging may attract additional costs.

Changes to Shipping Addresses / Shipping Methods
Any changes to shipping address or method must be made in writing and must be submitted 72 hours prior to scheduled ship date and before the order has been processed for shipment to be guaranteed.

Transportation
We will ship orders pre-paid via the carrier that offers the best value to the destination unless otherwise instructed. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. The risk of loss of, and title to, all merchandise purchased on this site will pass to you upon our delivery of that merchandise to the carrier selected to deliver it.

Custom Inspection Charges
For all imports, Custom Inspection Charges will be incurred by the client. In case of air shipments (inclusive of doorstep delivery), customs inspection charges are not applicable.

Disclaimer
Due to circumstances beyond our control the factory cannot be responsible for variations in shade, texture, weight, and consistency of fabric-related sewn goods. The factory reserves the right to improve, change or correct the construction of products without prior notice. No claims will be made or allowed due to circumstances of this nature.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the City of Ahmedabad, India, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising between us shall be brought before any court located within the City of Ahmedabad in India; having jurisdiction over such a dispute. By using this site you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the above-mentioned Ahmedabad courts for purposes of resolving any such dispute, and waive any claim or defense of inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.
