Irya Enterprises Private Limited, Kope Initiatives and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acknowledgement
Acknowledgement Please send us your purchase order by fax or e-mail. We will reply with an order acknowledgment within 24 hours which will need to be signed and returned to us prior to production start on all decorated orders. You may also call in your order 0091-79-2657-6866

Artwork Approval
We will email an artwork approval proof within 7 days of receiving a signed order and correct camera-ready artwork. This proof will need to be signed and returned to us by email prior to production start. Any change to the design and/or imprint after artwork is confirmed will result in additional charges.

Changes to Orders
Any changes made to an order may affect your ship date and must be approved by the factory and confirmed in writing. Increases in quantity will be treated as a separate order unless the increase is placed prior to the start of production.

Over-runs and Under-runs
Due to the nature of manufacturing, the factory reserves the right to ship over or under the ordered quantity by 5%.

Exact Quantities
Exact quantity orders must be specified and a charge of 5% will be added to the order.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled without prior authorization. Customers are liable for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. Charges will be assessed by us. Cancellations must be made in writing and must be confirmed as received by us. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Bag Sizes
All dimensions are approximate and may vary plus or minus 1/2" (half an inch) or 1½ cm (one and a half cms).

Fabric Variations
Dye lot and weave consistency cannot be guaranteed. Reorders may vary from the original.

Rush Service
Rush service is available on selected items only. Please check with your account representative for details.

Standard Terms
All orders are payable in advance. To set up terms, please request a credit application. Each credit application will be evaluated individually.

Repeat Orders
Order records will be kept for 1 year. After 1 year a sample will be required for accurate duplication.

Availability
All stock items are subject to availability at the time of the purchase order.

Substitutions
The factory reserves the right to substitute material for equal or better quality without prior notification.
